Trying to get pregnant (or Trying To Conceive) could be the hardest thing to do!
Not only must you chart, sometimes you need to follow certain “rules” like taking certain nutrients or fertility medications just to try to get pregnant.
Some women actually said that getting pregnant is somehow like trying to win the lottery.
Not only that, even if you have managed to conceive, you need to prevent miscarriages and so forth. I apologize if you have read that statement and just happened to have a miscarriage recently. I am here to give you advice so that you can be a happy mom-to-be and be able to celebrate mother’s day happily with your family in future.

In this article, I will share with you some information from a very good book entitled “Getting Pregnant Bible” by Christena Williams. I will give you an UNBIASED review of this book and some contents so that you may decide whether is it a good book or not. This book has helped many women to successfully conceive.
I’ve went to TTC forums and have seen many ladies having fertility problems. They would ask questions like “How to conceive successfully?”, “How to get pregnant easily?” and such. When I recommend them this book, they would doubt at first and tell me that they have tried and read numerous books that don’t helped them at all. I insisted that they give a try and they did. And guess what happens after that? They actually got pregnant a few weeks later and come thanking me.
What makes this book unique and special is that, it’s totally different from other fertility books. Getting Pregnant Bible is the best fertility book I’ve read that shares with you all the useful conceive information and useful facts and tips you have not heard of.

In Chapter One (The Basics), the book basically gives you an introduction and tells you that you should know your body if you really want to get pregnant. Most information about getting pregnant out there is unreliable since some people get pregnant easily while others don’t.
In Chapter Two (Before You Get Pregnant), you are advised to visit a OB/GYN a few months before trying to conceive. They will give you a list of reasons on why you should, which is very crucial for your health and pregnancy chances.
In Chapter Three (How Ovulation Occurs), they will explain how the egg is being released and so on. The interesting thing about this chapter is, they explain in such layman terms and in detail that you will learn so much more than from the internet or other fertility books. They also explain how Basal Body Thermometer works and how to read to predict ovulation; the ovuluation predictor kit; and how fertility monitor works or to predict your ovulation.
And of course, the most important of all, the signs of ovulation. There are many of them and the book will teach you in detail on what it means and such.
I will skip a few chapters.
In Chapter 8 (Age and Fertility), they will explain the relation of age and fertility. And fertility tips for women in different age groups.
In Chapter 9 (Ways to Increase Your Fertility), the book will give you a HUGE list and tips on increasing your fertility. This one is very-very useful for infertile women.
In Chapter 13 (Getting Pregnant After using Birth Control), it pretty much explains on how to get pregnant after using birth control for a long time. The book will explain and give you tips for each birth control you’ve took. So whether is it Depo-Provera Shot, tubal ligation, or the pill, the book will explain to you on what you should do to get pregnant.
In Chapter 14 (Getting Pregnant After a Miscarriage), the book will explain how miscarriages occurs, when to recover or conceive after a miscarriage, and tips.

The best part of the book is Chapter 22 (Latest Fertility Study Results) and Chapter 23 (Latest Infertility Study Results), you will be given a big list on shocking studies or research that affects fertility and infertility. For example, in the Fertility part, you will learn about Getting Pregnant Timing which lets you read interesting information.
