    Is drinking arizona or lipton ice tea with <1 grams of splenda sugar ok? Is there another liquid we can drink besides water with our meals? Bc i know fruit juices is loaded with sugar and not good for pcos, any suggestions thanks

    Has pros and cons, more research needed. If you do, make sure it is made from whole soy beans and not soy protein extract, and not genetically modified.

    Drink medicinal teas two to three times a day, eg: morning, afternoon, evening.
    Start with a small amount of apple cider vinegar (eg: 1/4 tspn) and build up gradually – before each main meal.

    how many times a day do you drink the tea’s and do you drink them all together or one in the morning one at lunch and one at dinner?
    Also apple cider how much needs to be diluted in water? and do i drink it 3X a day? thanks i have PCOS to i was diagnosed 2 yrs ago and struggling alot with weight facial hair and my hair is falling everyday to the point where i can see my scalp i am very unhappy :o (

    Three helpful teas are:
    Dandelion
    Chamomile
    Spearmint (helps lower testosterone) :)

    Could you please list the three types of teas that you recommended? Especially the one that you said lowers testosterone levels. I could not understand. Also, is raw milk kefir safe to drink even though it is dairy? It is a fermented milk product. Thank you!
